They listened to my numerous questions and answered them anytime of the day with a phone call which was very appreciated. They listened to my ideas and gave appropriate advice based on their experiences. Loved his attention to detail and commitment to providing the best quality product even to the smallest detail; even if it took up a bit more of his and his team's time. Had the great experience and joy of working with Brendan and his team on a double bathroom renovation in June 2024. The bathrooms needed to be salvaged from a poor renovation job that left us with leakages and other unpleasant results. Brendan presented to be very knowledgeable, knowing immediately what needed to be done to get us to a compliant and also aesthetic bathroom that will last forever. Every detail was discussed over a meeting, pricing was fair and transparent and very accommodating to personalize it to what we wanted. The phases were phased out over 2 months and it was mostly according to schedule, good communication from Brendan at each stage and especially pleased with the efficiency and workmanship of each trade. Every trade member treated our home with respect and was very courteous during interactions. I also commend Brendan on identifying issues not up to standard and effectively providing solutions immediately. Brendan was also great at working in our changes and was keeping collaboration at the highest level. I highly recommend Brendan and his team on your next home renovation if you value quality, great project management, fair pricing, compliance standards and just all round nice fellas!

We had been trying to find a builder to do a complete bathroom renovation for over 6 months due to water leakage. We had been given the run around, lied to, given ridiculous quotes and even ghosted by many builders (even those highly recommended by others on social media). Then we found Brendan and his team...... Right from the start, Brendan showed professionalism, knowledge in the work required and a general interest in the job at hand. His management of the project and his team was amazing illustrating excellent organisation skills to not only allow the project to run smoothly and on time but to also accommodate our own hectic schedule when requested. The workmanship, behaviour and attitude of all trades was a pleasure to have experienced. Brendan not only completed the project as we requested but also gave his expert opinion on improvements that he thought would be beneficial that we had not necessarily thought of. Not only were our renovations completed to our expectations and in a timely manner but the whole experience was one which was made very pleasant by the constant checks ins and follow ups that Brendan did either by phone or in person. We cannot thank Brendan enough for his work and time and we will definately be engaging him to do more projects for us in the future.

How can I express how amazing and how easy my bathroom reno with On Q build was? I had previously been ripped off 17k from another provider and lived with no bathroom for 3 years.
