We had been trying to find a builder to do a complete bathroom renovation for over 6 months due to water leakage. We had been given the run around, lied to, given ridiculous quotes and even ghosted by many builders (even those highly recommended by others on social media). Then we found Brendan and his team...... Right from the start, Brendan showed professionalism, knowledge in the work required and a general interest in the job at hand. His management of the project and his team was amazing illustrating excellent organisation skills to not only allow the project to run smoothly and on time but to also accommodate our own hectic schedule when requested. The workmanship, behaviour and attitude of all trades was a pleasure to have experienced. Brendan not only completed the project as we requested but also gave his expert opinion on improvements that he thought would be beneficial that we had not necessarily thought of. Not only were our renovations completed to our expectations and in a timely manner but the whole experience was one which was made very pleasant by the constant checks ins and follow ups that Brendan did either by phone or in person. We cannot thank Brendan enough for his work and time and we will definately be engaging him to do more projects for us in the future.
