Hi, I'm Brendan Cefai

I'm a registered building practitioner, and I've spent years working on homes right across Melbourne's western suburbs.

"I started ONQ because I knew there was a better way to build. One where good trades could do great work, clients felt looked after, and family values were at the heart of every project."

For me, this was never only about building homes. It's about building a better culture in the trades.

I want a world where showing up on time, doing quality work, and treating people with respect is simply how things are done, not the exception. So I'm building a team of tradespeople who care. Who take pride in a good job. Who show up for each other, and for you.

Every kitchen, every bathroom, every extension we finish is a chance to prove something I believe in deeply. That renovation work can be high-quality, honest, and genuinely enjoyable for the people we do it for.

Admin Manager

Amanda keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a background spanning project management, accounts and directing CEFPORT Homes, she makes sure operations stay on track and clients stay happy, and she's committed to a workplace built on teamwork. Outside work, she loves to travel, cook and spend time with her family.

Huseyin Ozsehitoglu

Supervisor

Huseyin is a qualified carpenter with over 15 years on the tools, including 7 years supervising builds and keeping sites running smoothly from start to finish. He's known for his attention to detail, staying calm under pressure, and getting the job done right the first time. When he's not on site, you'll find him hunting, fishing or camping with family and friends.

Daniel Batres

Supervisor

Daniel is a fully qualified carpenter who loves turning renovation plans into reality with precision. He leads by example, keeps quality standards high on every job, and makes sure every build reflects ONQ's values. Away from work, he's passionate about BBQs, camping, and time with his wife and young son.

Denise Camilleri

Accounts Manager

With over 20 years in accounts and business operations, Denise keeps the financial side running like clockwork, from payroll and invoicing to compliance and client support. She loves helping the business stay organised and building strong relationships along the way. Outside the office, she's cheering on her kids' sporting teams and baking up a storm.

Melisa Mirando

Marketing & Digital VA

Melisa looks after ONQ's online presence, from social media and content to the digital workflows that keep everything consistent behind the scenes. She's passionate about helping the business grow through clear messaging and organised systems. Her happy place is a quiet, nature-filled spot, as long as there's strong internet.

William Stagg

Client Relations & Lead Coordinator

William is often the first friendly voice you'll speak to. With a strong background in scheduling and client relations, he's focused on understanding exactly what you need and making every step of the journey feel smooth and straightforward. He enjoys travel, technology and connecting with people from all walks of life, and he attended nine different primary schools ("not my fault").
